Recruitment Management
The Recruitment Management system handles the recruitment of staffs starting from the posting of a vacancy to the day of the staff report duty. Applications may come from mail, email or online application. The system also manages the interview process from inviting the candidates until getting the interview result. The data for successful candidates will be transferred to the staff profile before they report for duty.
Staff Information Management
The Staff Information Management mainly maintain the staff personal information such as bank account, marital status and address as well as the staff medical and loans information. The system also provides online personal update so that staff may regularly update their personal information.
Salary Scheme Management
The Salary Scheme Management system is developed in order to follow the Government's Salary Schemes (SSM, SSB) policy. The HR users can maintain the salary category, allowance scheme and others for future changes of the Government policy.
Leave Management
The Leave Management system manages the staff annual leave eligibility. The system provides yearly processing for staff annual leave includes eligibility; carry forward, maternity and others. The system also provides web based leave application so that staff can apply their leave online. The System also allows staff to check their latest leave balance from time to time. The system also provides the HR users to monitor the staff leave.
Overtime Management
The Overtime Management system manages the staff overtime claim process. The system allows staff to do their claims online and monitored by their superior. The overtime claims process will be done together with the payroll process. The payment is included in the staff payroll detail.
Training Management
The Training Management system manages the staff training process. It can be from the staff application or determine by the Human Resource Department. The HR user will maintain all training information. An online application is available for staff to apply for the training online. The system also provides features for HR users to analyse on the training needs.
Travelling & Transport Management
The Travelling and Transport Management system manages the process of travelling request until the payment for the travelling. The system provides online travelling request application for staff to request their travelling online. The system also allows the HR users to easily maintain the driver's trip daily, weekly or monthly. The system also captures the vehicle status and information for vehicle maintenance.
Performance Evaluation (Assessment)
The Performance Evaluation system manages yearly performance and target setting from department level up to the staff assessment and increment. It captures yearly target setting for each department and unit. Then based on the target, the system will capture the staff achievement then it can analyse for staff promotion and increment.
Academic Evaluation
The Academic Evaluation system captures the process for students to evaluate their lecturers. The system provides online evaluation where students can evaluate their lecturer anywhere within the specific timeframe. The system will then do the processing for the evaluation result. The system also provides detail and summary reports for the HR users to analyse the evaluation result.
Project and Collaboration Management
The Project and Collaboration Management system manage all projects collaboration by the organization with the external entity. It captures the detail of each project and its collaborators. Then the system allows the user to update the physical and financial status of each project.
Document and Circular Management
The function of Document and Circular Management system is to manage all formal/official documents within an organization. The documents will be save in the database and contain its own unique number. The document can be forwarded to other staff.
Resource Management
The Resource Management system manages all booking of item within the organization such as transport, equipment, manpower and others. It provides Online Booking system where staff can do the booking anywhere and anytime in a single logon.
Total Quality Organization Management
The system captures all business flows and activities of an organization. It allows users to design their process flow and update it from time to time.
